PRIVATE U.S.A. TAKES OVER PRODUCTION OF XTREME SERIES

SUN VALLEY, Calif. — Private U.S.A. has taken over production of the
Private Xtreme gonzo series, beginning with Skeeter Kerkove's first
project for the company, A Woman's Ass is a Beautiful Thing. The series will be shot entirely in the United States.

The 12 titles prior to Kerkove's in the Private Xtreme line include
all-sex titles Baccanal, directed by J.Y. Lecastel, Hot Property, from
Gazzman, and Calling a Gigolo, helmed by Alessandro del Mar. The videos were shot and produced in Europe.

"We're very excited about Private Xtreme's titles being produced in the
