We caught up to Tera recently as she was involved in a mild controversy with fellow starlet Jewel DeNyle over an apparent run-in they had during an awards show in Florida. We asked her about that and about her sex life with Crystal, when Night Calls was going hardcore and we found out why she'd do Tommy Lee Jones in a heartbeat.

1. What is going on with you and Jewel DeNyle? She is ripping you a new one on her website and says you were awfully rude to her in Tampa. What's your side of the story?
I’m not interested in even commenting on this issue.  I don’t not believe in retorting to anything with negative energy attached to it.  It’s not worth the stress.  Live and love life.  I have heard from so many other people that I am not the first person to have these same exact problems that have gone on with the same girls. People will get nowhere in their life if they do not have their own self esteem and confidence.  My heart goes out to people like this.  I wish her all the best of luck and success.

2. Do you think that there's a bit of jealousy in the industry towards all the mainstream success you have, or is that success a bit misunderstood?
Sometimes I feel that there is a bit of jealousy from some of the girls in the adult entertainment industry.  I’m not sure if it’s jealousy or they get frustrated because my company Digital Playground is 100% behind me and they support and believe in everything I do. They have provided me with some of the most amazing opportunities a girl could only dream of.

3. I'm wondering if you can tell people about your latest projects:
appearances, movies, etc.
Sure!!! I just made a movie – directed by Joone of course – Devon is in it too.  That’s all I can tell you – the rest is a secret.  I’m still hosting Playboy TV’s Night Calls 411 and my internet TV show and in my free time I’ve been working with some charities and house shopping.  Hopefully I will be buying a house soon.  I am very excited!

4. I have a few Night Calls 411 questions. First how did you start on the show as a fax girl? How'd it happen?
I was called in to do a reading for the show.  The following week after they finished the interviewing process, they called my manager and said “you have the job”!

5. Then, when Flower left, did they just call you in to co-host. What do you think they liked about you?
Yes, they ask if I would co-host temporarily why Flower had her baby.  We thought Flower was going to return to NightCalls 411 but she ended up not returning to the show to be a full time mom.  So I stayed on as permanent host for Night Calls 411 with Crystal.

6. Now that Playboy is showing penetration in movies, and Naughty Home Videos, you think we could see a little harder core Night Calls 411? How would that go over?
I am really happy about the format of Night Calls 411.  Why change something that is one of their highest rated shows!
I love it just the way it is.  We get pretty crazy on the show!

7. Right now, though, it looks like all the sex is simulated. How hot does it get during the show? The guys ever get "TOO" worked up?
Of course! Guy’s will be guy’s.

8. I want to know what goes on after the cameras shut down at 12:30. These girls are rubbing on themselves and each other for 90 minutes talking sex talk. No matter how much you want to look at it as work, it's got to be a little erotic.
Doing NightCalls 411 is a very erotic show.  How can it not be!  I am around beautiful people all day long. We are pampered with make-up artists and beautiful wardrobe etc.....

9. Have you and Crystal ever, you know?
We have come pretty close to it.  Crystal is hot. We have become really good friends.

10. Any rumors about yourself that you want to clear up?
I don’t really pay attention to the rumors.  I give them no thought.

11. Where do you see yourself going in this biz as the years go by?
I’ll stay with Digital Playground until I’m ready to retire.  We are such a great team together.

12. Of all the films you've made, what's your favorite and why?
“Virtual Sex With Tera Patrick” is my favorite.  I really enjoyed filming this interactive DVD.  “Forbidden Tales” was incredible because we shot this movie in Budapest.  ” Island Fever” was shot in Hawaii with the most beautiful locations I have ever experienced.  This is a really hard question to answer.

13. Question your fans ask you all the time that annoys the crap out of you?
I love my fans – I can’t think of any annoying questions.  I am really luck to have such great fans!

14. You are stuck on an island forever with one man, and can only do him
from now til eternity. His name is? And it's got to be a real person.
