"Let me start off by saying that I looked for someone for 2 years and still went back to the first person I talked to, Dr. Hayworth. I was a little nervous because I’d never had elective surgery, but I was around good friends and that made me feel better. Knowing that my doctor had my best interest at heart was a relaxing feeling.

"The night before I couldn’t eat or drink anything after 10pm, so I was literally shaking for awhile. I’m one of those people that eat when I’m nervous, so I was going through hell! When I arrived at his office, his nurse immediately took me in the back, and I was cool until I realized it was about to happen. Suddenly I was wringing my hands and stressing.

"First the nurse came in for vitals, then the anesthesiologist, then my doctor. He was so cool – just started having idle chit chat with me about how I got into the industry to kinda calm me down. The scariest part was walking into the operating room. I have a Bachelor’s in Nursing but it was a freaky feeling, like making someone walk into an execution chamber. Luckily the anesthesiologist didn’t make me count backwards, before I knew it I was out. When I woke up, I couldn’t move, it was as if I’d been hit with a mack truck!"

Q. You new suite of websites is impressive. Are you doing the programming yourself or have you hired out some folks?

"Thank you again! I do all the layout, design and programming myself. I outsource some of the graphics, because I’m not really a graphics person. But all the rest is strictly me! I’ve been programming since the days of BASIC when I was in the 4^th grade. I’m a geek at heart, and my sites are my children. In fact if anyone is looking for design work, they can contact me through my new company, Pleasure Broker Industries, I’m looking for work! Lol. But seriously, I have really reasonable rates and create sites that will retain members."

Q. What have you learned from previous websites? Stuff you won't do again? 

"My first site, NastySinnamon.com was a learning experience. While I had someone do the graphics, I really put my hand to learning html and doing it myself. I had some phenomenal people behind me and didn’t have a really negative experience like some girls do with their first site… but then again, I decided how I wanted it to be. NastySinnamon.com was a free member site in order to gauge the demand or interest in my presence online.

I really wanted to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake before putting a lot of money time and effort into a pay site. I quickly learned that there was a demand, when my site was severely hacked and my bandwidth ran up by password hackers and link traders. I didn’t understand the point of hacking into a free site… I still don’t! But I have learned a lot more about security and protecting a site since then."

Q. I recently caught you and John E. Depth in a video for his production company. I swear I've never seen you so hot (Hot Sex In Chocolate City). You and Johnny seem to go on forever. Give us the details from that scene and why it came off so screaming hot? 

"John E. Depth is just a cool dude. He asked if I would be in their first flick and I was more than happy to oblige. Do you think that helps with your popularity?

"I don’t know what helps with my popularity actually. I never really got into the business for the fame. I think that’s what made stars from my Gen so popular. We did what we did for the love of the work. Not to sound like a corn ball, but we used to have fun! I was at a party after the FOXE awards this year at Julian St. Jox’s with Misty Rain, Tony Tedeschi, Lana Sands and her beau, and Gabriella (not the recent one,) and we were all talking about how much the business has changed.

"A lot of girls now are so driven when they arrive. They want to do a ton of videos instantly and will do anything to get a contract. I’ve read on message boards where the fans say it shows. These girls don’t even look like they are enjoying themselves half the time. I think anyone that gives their all because they enjoy what they are doing it will have a lasting impression in the minds of their fans."

Q. What do you think of the stars like Janet Jacme, who has a huge following, and Pepper and Nina DePonca? A little on each of them please. 

Again, I think those that give their best will always be remembered. I think Janet is a Star performer. Jeannie, the legend, Nina the beautiful one… I don’t know what to say. I was never very close to Janet, and I met Nina after she’d already left porn (EDS NOTE: Nina has recently announced her return to adult). Jeannie is a sweetheart and I hope to do a shoot with her for our sites soon. 

Q. I see you did a photo shoot with rapper Redman. What was that for and how did it come off?

"There is a new magazine coming out the beginning of the year called Fish and Grits. It is a very high-end book, very glossy with strong hip-hop overtones. The publisher, Camille, contacted me and want to shoot me for the cover and wanted to do a 2-girl layout with me. Redman was supposed to shoot with someone else, but wouldn’t do it unless I was the girl in the shoot.

"We’d actually met on the set of a music video I was a production assistant for last year. The shoot was cool because I was a total pin-up doll and he was in his own true style. Our opposites attract personas came off insane in every shot. "I was in L.A. staying at the Beverly Hilton. I got a call from a friend that was also staying in town waking me up and telling me to turn on the TV. When I did I was devastated. I had friends in both buildings. I immediately tried to call my boyfriend but couldn’t get through. One of my friends lost his wife in building one. They had a 6 month old. I was shattered for awhile. I’m in Manhattan every month and still haven’t visited ground zero. I can’t, its too painful."

"There was a guy that followed us around for 20 minutes. Finally he walked up to us in the kids pajama area and asked if I was Sinnamon. I was shocked and a little embarrassed. You see, my mom is a minister, and although she’s always known what I do it’s never been in her face like that. But I just shook his hand and said hello, and she and I laughed about it over Chinese food later that night. 

"I get approached a lot. I’ve gotten discounted hotel room rates and free sedan service because someone sees me as a “celeb.” On the rare occasion I go out bouncers will let me in for free. It’s kinda neat. I don’t see myself as a star, so when people approach me, I’m always weirded out." 

Q. Do you do custom videos for fans? What kind of rates do you have? What won't you do in one? 

"Yes I am available for custom videos. The rates depend on what I’m doing and how involved the fantasy. If there is another person involved, then obviously it will cost more. They have a torch singer that belts out Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald like she was born in that era." 

Q. Porn stars don't get retirement and 401Ks. How are you making provisions for yourself in the future? Jenna says she's loaded. Do you think most girls are, and are you going to be able to stop sometime soon?

"I don’t think most girls think the money will ever stop coming in. I’ve set myself and my children up for the future."
