There's something fresh and special about the best amateur films: real-life (and real looking) girls generally really getting off.

The girls from Filthy Frank's 20th amateur porn tape won't be gracing the covers of Maxim or FHM, if you know what I mean, but they do bring that certain fresh energy at times. But the film, too often, spends time doing nothing but letting the characters tell jokes that you wouldn't get unless you were there, and too often the sex is interrupted or ruined because of the interaction of the crew or Frank himself.

Since this series has reached 20, I'm sure it's been successful, but if the first 19 volumes were anything like this one, I'd love to know how.

This one, guys and gals, just doesn't work. It's light on the wanking material, light on the sex and the girls can't carry the film.

Take our first two girls, 19-year-old Peaches and 20-year-old Josie. Peaches is girl-at-the-grocery-store-counter cute and Peaches, besides her abundance of tattoos on her upper body, just exudes nasty.

After a boring opening segment surrounding a man biting an upright banana stuck in a birthday cake, the girls get down to business. Josie's long tongue goes about pleasuring Peaches, who lays back on a black couch and really enjoys herself.

Given a clear dong to work with, Peaches returns the licking favor to Josie, while invading her with the dong. The knowing nod and glance Josie gives the camera during this is priceless. Josie grabs the dong and pushes it inside of her, her hand wrapped on top of Peaches.

Josie is a talker and looks wonderful raising her ass off the sofa, writhing in pleasure as she begs for it, "harder...harder...yes."

Next thing you know, our girls are double blowing off a lucky blond dude, giving him a slow blow that looks quite satisfying. Josie is first to ride him, slamming down in reverse cowgirl with a fuck-the-shit-out-of-me look on her face. Peaches gets hers, too, facing the guy in cowgirl, and grinding him at hyper-speed while Josie sits back and stands up and fingers herself. We never see dude cum, we cut to  Peaches wiping herself by the trash can with a paper towel.

Seeing all the people in the room and seeing their interaction with one another is pretty good look at what really goes on at most shoots that we don't see, so on that level it's refreshing. But there's too much side show and not enough show.

Anyway, we go back to the guy. As he jerks himself to try to find wood again, the girls help out and then he cums into their open mouths.

Next up we cut to Sammmura Shane, an up and coming black pornstar from Chicago, and redheaded Josie back for round two. With a full house of folks in the room, including girls waiting on their turn, Frank begins to go down on Sam, while one of the crew acts like he's riding Frank like a bull rider (why?). It's hard for me to believe that the girls could really get going with all of this going on, but Sam is quickly down on Josie's tits while Frank is licking and Josie's hands have worked their way down to Sam's love slit.

Frank tastes Sam, too, and then the girls get into a little lesbian action, allowing us a view of Sam's nice bottom. But there's too much comedy going on here for any of you raincoaters to get into this. And that's too bad because Sam and Josie could probably produce a high quality scene.

An asian guy comes in to bang Sam from behind while Sam eats out Josie, but by this point, it's just too hard to believe it's serious. Where's the FF button anyway?

Things do heat up, though, when Sam delivers a righteous blowjob to the guy while Josie eats her out and dude gets into Josie from behind. I could do without Frank standing like 0.5 feet away screaming "fuck that pussy come on" but I give the guy a standing O just for being able to stay hard through all the shenanigans.

That brings us to a slender black girl named Chyna with a decent red weave. She wears a pink teddy and has big gap between her two front teeth. She gets eaten out on the leather chair by the blond guy from scene one and appears to definitely be into his tongue strokes.  Once the banging begins, he gets her into that weird position where the girl is almost standing on her neck while he pounds down on her before cumming a full load onto her face and chest.

The final two girls are a pair of unremarkable black girls, Punka and Sassy, who are making their first video. Punka has either a bad blonde wig or a bad weave. Sassy just has a Kool Aid dye in her hair and a bad cut. But can they screw?

They trade relatively convincing tongue lashings on a black sofa. Both girls are slender with nice skin and long legs. Despite her bad wig/weave, Punka kind of grows on you, like a Prince record. But just when two masked white dudes come in to lower the boom, the film ends.

Guess you gotta buy No. 21 to see what happens. But I don't think I will be, though.
